The process of papermaking is central to my work. Natural, organic plant fibre is a uniquely sensuous material which I manipulate in response to ideas and concepts. The pieces are all made to work within interior spaces and to act as punctuations in a busy, chaotic and technology-driven world. My most
recent work is based upon explorations into sacred geometry, Simplicity and purity are fundamental to the final sense of each piece. Each piece is developed from drawings and three dimensional constructions.
